ELM Electromontaj Cluj SA was established in 1949. An important moment in the company's history was the year 1990, when the entire way of organizing the activity changed with the transition to the market economy. In the first years after 1990, the company was privatized through the MEBO method, i.e. by handing over the assets to the employees.
Since 2011, ELM Electromontaj Cluj SA has become an integrated part of the EnergoBit group of companies, thus ensuring, together with the other companies in the group, the full range of services in the electrical field.
