Through the activities carried out, a cleaner environment is promoted, through the continuous improvement of environmental performances, with an emphasis on achievement. ELM Electromontaj Cluj SA has contracts with authorized operators regarding the achievement of waste collection, recovery and recycling objectives. An environmental management system is implemented and certified, in accordance with the requirements of the SR EN ISO 14001:2015 standard.
In 2022, there were no notifications or complaints from interested parties regarding environmental protection. The activities carried out on the site are carried out on the basis of the environmental permit and have a low impact on the environment.
During the controls carried out by the representatives of the environmental authorities during 2022, it was found that the activities carried out comply with the provisions of the environmental authorization under which they operate and in accordance with the environmental legal provisions, no sanction being applied
