The ecological advantage of this type of energy is the clean way in which it is produced, without emitting greenhouse gases that are so harmful to the environment. Romania currently has one of the highest &quot;onshore&quot; wind energy potentials, as evidenced by the large number of investments aimed at wind farm projects. Specialized works in wind farms are a particularity of the basic activities of ELM Electromontaj Cluj: execution of electrical networks, power stations, connections, in wind farms. Connecting the wind groups to each other is done through underground electrical networks. The energy collected from the turbines in the substations was directed to the transformer stations. The connection of the turbines to the internal electrical networks is done through step-up transformer stations.
